The DNR Division of Forestry and Purdue Extension is excited to share with you some upcoming forestry management workshops. These workshops are 8 week long courses that  cover topics such as tree identification, forest biology, management planning and practices, economics and financial aspects of woodland ownership, marketing timber, wildlife management, and as well as where to find information and assistance.

Muscatatuck National Wildlife Refuge, February 12 - April 2

Southern Indiana Purdue Agricultural Center, February 18 - April 8

Vermillion County Fairgrounds, March 7 - April 25

This is a great learning opportunity for private land owners to discover new techniques and find information for managing woodlands.
