Pesticide License Recertification Programs

There are usually many dates throughout the year for Lake County Farmers to get credits towards the pesticide licenses. The following are some local programs available for recertification credits:

Commercial Pesticide License

If you are a farmer that sprays pesticide commercially, over more than your own property, you will need to acquire a Commercial Pesticide License. Please contact Nikky about how to do this and check out the information on the Office of the Indiana State Chemist website. Private Pesticide Applicator License

If you spray pesticides only on your own agriculture fields, you will need to acquire a Private Applicator License. The process is outlined on the Purdue Pesticide page and you can contact Nikky for more information.
