It Must Have Been Something I Ate!
Consumer oriented program explores causes of food borne illness and how we can prevent FBI. Information will be shared on how to safely clean, thaw, cook, and reheat foods in your home.
Food Safety Day Curriculum
Program hits the key food sanitation principles that non profits organization or food service operations should be following to serve safe food. Individual components covering Foodborne Illness, Personal Hygiene, Preventing Contamination, Avoiding Temperature Abuse and Cleaning and Sanitizing are included. Total program runs 2.5 hours or it can be divided into single presentations of 30 minutes each.
ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Training and Certification Examination
The Servsafe® Food Protection Manager Training fulfills the Indiana State Health Department requirement for Food Sanitation Certification for food service providers. The certification is good for five years. This course can be taught in an 8 or 16 hour format including the certification exam at your location or ours in Franklin, IN.
