FACILITATIVE LEADERSHIP - RICHMOND, IN

The three-day class focuses on creating an inclusive culture of collaborative learning in teams, communities, and organizations. It is for both new and experienced leaders, managers, facilitators, and graduate students who would like to develop or improve their facilitation skills. It takes place at Bethany Theological Seminary, 615 National Road W, Richmond, IN 47374. The workshop begins at 9:30 am on Day 1 and ends by 3:30 pm on Day 3. The course also includes an introductory webinar.

Schedule

Day 1: Tuesday, August 20 (9:30 am — 6:00 pm ET)
Day 2: Wednesday, August 21 (8:00 am — 6:00 pm ET)
Day 3: Thursday, August 22 (8:00 am — 3:30 pm ET)


Class size is limited. This allows time for every participant to practice facilitating and receive coaching and feedback in small groups. Due to the focused nature of the workshop, participants are asked to participate fully in the three days without phone calls, meetings, and other interruptions that diminish the learning experience for all.

The cost of this workshop includes lunch on all three days and all materials for $625. The registration fee does not include lodging or dinners.
