Mastering Home Food Preservation

Purdue Extension-Knox County is presenting a 4-Day Mastering Home Food Preservation event on June 11-14, 2024 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. The event will take place at the VU Shircliff Humanities Building. The cost will be $275.00.  The address is 130 E Harrison St, Vincennes, IN  47591

USDA Home Food Preservation recommended procedures are taught.  Instructors will provide instructional course work and preservation labs.
