Warrick County 4-H has something for everyone; youth in K-12 can join 4-H to learn about science, engineering, technology, community service, nutrition, exercise and more. In 4-H clubs, camps, in-school and afterschool programs; youth learn leadership, citizenship and life skills while they participate in experiences that prepare them to be successful adults. Today 4-H touches the lives of more than seven million youths across America in urban, suburban and rural communities.

If you are new to farming or considering farming, plan on attending one or more of our Beginning Farmer Tours. We are planning six workshops and tours this fall in locations around Indiana. The workshops will offer farmers insights about topics like funding opportunities, building community partnerships, and finding institutional markets. Tours involve a number of independent farmers: from pastured poultry to organic vegetables, to urban agriculture. These events are a joint effort of Purdue
