A knowledge of trees and woodland management leads to a greater enjoyment of the outdoors. 4-Her's in grade 6 and up are eligible to be in Junior Leaders. Junior Leaders is a great way to meet other 4-Her's that are not in your club and can create many opportunities. We work on a point system you can earn points by attending meetings, community service work, helping with other fair projects and working at the pop stand through out the fair.

For many, if not most 4-H youth, the culmination of the program year focuses on project evaluation, or what is commonly known as 4-H project judging. By way of a judges clinic held in Northeast Indiana, the pool of volunteers enlarges and adds to the diversity of adults volunteering to positively influence youth.
