Indiana Farm Service Agency Executive Director Steve Brown joined Director of Purdue Center for Commercial Agriculture, Jim Mintert this week to discuss the Coronavirus Food Assistance Program (CFAP) program. The program is available both as a video on the Center’s YouTube channel and as the latest episode of the Purdue Commercial AgCast podcast. FSA staff members Kaitlin Myers, Susan Houston and Greg Foulke were also on the program to provide additional details regarding CFAP eligibility requirements, payment calculations and the application process. The CFAP program launched just this week. There will be more questions arise regarding CFAP’s implementation as time goes on.
