Learn how one's health and wealth are connected.  The program focuses upon making small behavioral changes that will have a significant impact long-term.  There are twenty-five strategies in the workbook, however, program offerings typically focus on just a few.  Sample topics include: Say "No" to Super-Sizing, Live "The Power of 10" and Step Down to Change.
