Creative Solutions with Social Distancing

April 28, 2020

While it isn’t possible for 4-H and other Extension programs to meet face-to-face until at least July 1, meetings and programs will continue remotely. If your club has not yet met or set a meeting, reach out to your club leaders to find out when you will meet. Several options for remote meetings are available including Zoom, Google Hangouts, WebEx, etc. Many include a phone number so members without internet can connect by phone. Club officers are asked to work with the adult leaders to find the best way to do this. If your club needs help setting up a remote meeting, contact Cathy Boerste.

4-H’ers have been very creative in conducting demonstrations and posting them on their club’s Facebook page. Kudos to Blazin Saddles for posting the most demonstrations thus far! All club members are challenged to follow their example. Send links to these videos to Cathy Boerste, so they can be shared for other 4-H’ers to learn from!
