Join us for a morning of focused networking for food councils, farm to school, food hubs, healthy food access and food business training. Stay for lunch and attend afternoon sessions on ‘Getting Started in Farm to School,’ Cooperative Business Models, Creative purchasing of local food for institutions and restaurants and more!
Who should attend: Anyone working on local food in their community: farm to school, school gardens, community gardens, chefs, food service directors, food hubs, farmers, consumers, elected officials, food entrepreneurs, food access, food insecurity, SNAP, WIC, economic development, city or county leaders - if you are part of a food community - please bring your group!
Early-Bird Registration: $30 includes materials, beverages, snacks and local food lunch, catered by Ivy Tech Culinary Students Registration after 15 September: $40
