2021 Ten Year 4-H Members

Warren County 4-H would like to congratulate nineteen 4-H members for completing ten years of 4-H. We would like to thank them for their dedication and support of the 4-H program. Hubner Industries LLC, will be presenting 10 Year 4-H plaques to the members June 19 6pm. 

Alex Childers-Clark               
Alex is the son of Fed and Julie Clark. Alex is a member of the Liberty 4-H club. His favorite project was being a Jr. Leader. Alex’s most memorable moment was white water rafting in Tennessee. Being in 4-H taught Alex life management skills and how to get along with people. Alex’s future plans are to attend Purdue University for Forestry.

Kole Davis              
Kole is the son of Monica Davis. Kole is a member of the Shooting Sports 4-H club. His favorite project in 4-H was woodworking. Kole’s most memorable moment in 4-H was when he shot a 10 out of 10 on a skeet shoot. While being in 4-H, Kole has learned how to build woodworking projects. Kole’s future plans are to help his dad pour concrete.

Kyra Davis
Kyra is the daughter of Monica Davis. Kyra is a member of the Shooting Sports 4-H club. Her favorite project was photography. Kyra’s most memorable moment in 4-H was going to 4-H camp and meeting new people and making new friends. While being in 4-H, Kyra has learned leadership skills and to work hard for what you want. Kyra’s future plans are to one day teach kindergarten.

Rhylee Garcia
Rhylee is the daughter of Josh and Carrie Johnson. Rhylee is a member of the Adams/Pine Villagers 4-H club. Her favorite project in 4-H is swine. Rhylee’s most memorable moment is when her friend Grace slipped and fell during the 4-H Olympics. She explained that the tarp was covered in grease and Grace fell right on her back. Being in 4-H has taught Rhylee how to work hard as well as how to be responsible. Rhylee’s future plans are to attend Purdue University to major in Early Childhood Education.

Jarred Gates
Jarred is the son of Mike and Deana Gates. Jarred is a member of the Warren 4-H Club. Jarred’s favorite projects are beef and swine. His most memorable moment in 4-H was getting dunked in the cattle tank as a first-year member. Being in 4-H Jarred has learned how to work hard to achieve big goals. Jarred’s future plans are to attend Ivy Tech for Agribusiness.

Jorden Gates
Jorden is the son of Mike and Deana Gates. Jorden is a member of the Warren 4-H Club. Jorden’s favorite projects are beef and swine. His most memorable moments in 4-H was winning showmanship in 2013 and winning 5th Overall Steer at last year’s fair. Being in 4-H has taught Jorden how to work hard for what you get. Jorden’s future plans are to attend Ivy Tech for Agribusiness.

Elijah Greene
Elijah is the son of Brian and Michelle Greene. Elijah is a member of the Adams/Pine Villagers 4-H club. His favorite projects were photography and being a Jr. Leader. Elijah’s most memorable moments usually took place in the Jr. Leader stand while working and laughing during the fair evenings. During Elijah’s time in 4-H, he learned that time management is always key to completing your goals. Elijah’s future plans are to attend Wabash College to major in Biology and to play football.

Benjamin Hale
Benjamin is the son of Zach and Kristi Hale. Benjamin is a member of the Washington Whizzes 4-H club. His most memorable moment in 4-H was when he and his two sisters won at the State Fair in his favorite project of photography. From being in 4-H, Benjamin learned dedication and follow through to ensure tasks get completed to their best effort. Benjamin’s future plans are to attend Indiana University Purdue University of Indianapolis to finish his bachelor’s in Business Administration, with a double minor in Psychology & Spanish. He will then eventually work in executive leadership in healthcare.

Nathan Hennessey
Nathan is the son of Mark and Michele Hennessey. Nathan is the member of the Adams/Pine Villagers 4-H club. His favorite 4-H project was shooting sports. Nathan’s most memorable moment in 4-H was hanging out with his friends in the cattle barn. Being in 4-H has taught Nathan how to manage his time. Nathan’s future plan is to attend either Ivy tech or Danville Area Community College to study Criminal Justice.

Allison High
Allison is the daughter of Philip High and Abigail High. Allison is a member of the Warren Voyagers 4-H club. Her favorite project was swine. Allison’s most memorable moment in 4-H was when she spent time taking care of her pigs with her Pa. She said she will forever cherish those memories. Being in 4-H has taught Allison responsibility and time management. Allison’s future plans are to attend IUPUI to study Dental Hygiene.

Gabriel Jones
Gabriel is the son of Sam and Kassie Jones. Jordan is a member of the Medina Hilltoppers 4-H club. His most memorable moments in 4-H was working in the Jr. Leaders’ Stand with his friends. Being in 4-H, Gabriel has learned to be more open to other people’s opinions and ideas. Gabriel doesn’t have any concrete plans for his future as of now.

Katherine Martin
Katie is the daughter of Emily Martin. Katie is a member of the Washington Whizzes 4-H club. Her favorite project was arts and crafts. Katie’s most memorable moment was working on her painting that she entered for the fair last year. Being in 4-H taught Katie to dedicate time into her community. Katie’s future plans are to attend Tricoci University of Beauty Culture.

Logan McFatridge
Logan is the son of Robert and Kristie McFatridge. Logan is a member of the Adams/Pine Villagers 4-H club. His favorite project was beef. Logan’s most memorable moment was winning Sweepstakes Heifer his first year in 4-H and getting to play cards in the beef barn with his friends. Being in   4-H taught Logan responsibility by taking care of animals and also hard work through all of his projects. Logan’s future plans include to attend Purdue for Biology.

Grace Pearson
Grace is the daughter of Greg and Kelly Pearson. Grace is a member of the Warren 4-H Club. Her favorite projects in 4-H were sheep and beef. Grace’s most memorable moment in 4-H was going white water rafting with the Jr. Leaders. Being in 4-H has taught Grace to always be open minded and be willing to try new things. Grace’s future plans include attending Purdue University in the fall to study Agribusiness.

Isabelle Puterbaugh
Isabelle is the daughter of Derek and JonAnn Puterbaugh. Isabelle is a member of the Washington Whizzes 4-H club. Her favorite project was swine. Isabelle’s most memorable moments were when she was able to see and hangout with her friends at the fair. During Isabelle’s time in 4-H, she learned responsibility and leadership. Isabelle’s future plans are to attend Indiana University to study Political Science.

Liam Samuels
Liam is the son of James and Jennifer Samuels. Liam is a member of the Adams/Pine Villagers 4-H club. His favorite project was rabbits. Liam’s most memorable moment in 4-H was showing rabbits for the first time. While being in 4-H, Liam learned responsibility and how to manage tasks. These skills have followed him though the years of participation in 4-H. Liam’s future plans include owning his own boarding and pet grooming facility.

Hannah Shideler
Hannah is the daughter of Eric Shideler and Keli Richardson. Hannah is a member of the Westside Six Club. Her favorite projects in 4-H was photography and arts & crafts. Hannah’s most memorable moment in 4-H was being a counselor at 4-H camp and watching the kid’s impressions of other counselors. While being in 4-H, Hannah has learned teamwork and leadership. Hannah’s future plans are to attend Indiana University to major in Biochemistry.

Anastasia Welborne
Anastasia is the daughter of Chuck and Anni Welborne. Anastasia is a member of the Medina Hilltoppers 4-H club. Her most memorable moment in 4-H was when she won Sweepstakes in favorite project of Child Development for the first time in 2015. From being in 4-H, Anastasia learned how to be consistent, she said “I’ve had to frequently rework my projects to make them the best they can be. It has taken consistent effort to produce those results”. After completing her 10 years of 4-H, Anastasia will compete for the title of the Royal International Miss International Role Model Teen. Everything that she has learned in 4-H has helped her make it to the international level of competition. After the competition she will continue to study Child Development and write curriculum to teach how to grow hydroponic lettuce.

Jack Weston
Jack is the son of Bill and Darcey Weston. Jack is a member of the West Side Six 4-H club. His favorite project was swine. Jack’s most memorable moment in 4-H was his 1st year in 4-H when he showed his first calf Moo-Moo. While being in 4-H, Jack has learned that animals take a lot of care and dedication to raise and that competition in swine is very intense. Jack’s future plans include attending Purdue University to get his Bachelors degree in Computer Science.

Jesse Wolber
Jesse is the son of Patrick and Amelia Wolber. Jesse is a member of the Warren 4-H Club. His favorite project in 4-H was woodworking. Jesse’s most memorable moment in 4-H was going white water rafting during the Junior leader Completion trip. Being in 4-H has taught Jesse responsibility. Jesse’s future plans are to attend Indiana University to study Biology.

Hanah Wolf
Hanah is the daughter of Brad and Marcie Wolf. Hanah is a member of the Liberty Township 4-H club. Her favorite project was swine. Hanah’s most memorable moment was when she won the gilt show the same year that her cousin won the barrow show. While being in 4-H, Hanah learned the importance of hard work and dedication. Hanah’s future plans are to attend Indiana University.

Gage Zenor
Gage is the son of Richard Zenor and Heidi Zenor. Gage is a member of the Adams/Pine Villagers 4-H club. His favorite project was swine. Gage’s most memorable moment in 4-H was “retiring” his sister in her 10th year of 4-H by beating her for Champion Angus heifer and Sweepstakes heifer. Being in 4-H taught Gage how to prepare and time manage for such and early fair date. Gage’s future plans are to attend Purdue University to study Agronomy.
