Healthy Heart Healthy You - Monday, February 22nd

Join us on Monday, February 22, at 10:00 AM for “Healthy Heart, Healthy You”!  This program will share information about how to make healthy choices, including diet and physical activity, for a healthier heart.

 We’ll explore risk factors for heart disease, blood pressure and cholesterol; and discuss  heart healthy eating and the importance of being active.
