Once you have selected your projects, if you were involved in said project last year, the number of years will update.
The standard health form we use for 4-H events has stayed the same. It will take a little extra time during enrollment, but you will not have to complete this form again for any events you attend.

All families wishing to have their youth participate in Indiana’s 4-H Youth Development Program should enroll starting October 1.
You can enroll by going to the State 4-H Enrollment Website at https://www.4honline.com/. We recommend you bookmark this site because you will use it multiple times throughout the year.
