Urban Farming Signature Program Six Week Session offered January - March 2022

Purdue Extension’s Urban Farming Signature Program will be offered by
Urban Agriculture Extension Educator, Rebecca Koetz, on Wednesdays, January 26 - March 2,
2022 from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. CST at the Purdue Extension-Lake County office.  
The purpose of the program is to provide tools and information for urban growers to be more successful. 
The six-week session program will include topics: building urban soil, history of urban agriculture,
site design, growing healthy crops, integrated pest management, produce safety. 
    
Registration deadline is January 19, 2022. Please register using this link:
https://cvent.me/X392z4  There is a $75.00 registration fee which includes a workbook.
