You will learn Valuable Resources, In-depth Lectures, Interactive Discussions, Hands-on Practice, and even Take Home Products. Topics covered are: Food Safety and Freezing, Food Boiling Water Canning, Pressure Canning, Pickling, Drying Foods, Jams and Jellies.
