Knox County Adult Mental Health First Aid for Rural Communities

Purdue Extension-Knox County is presenting Adult Mental Health First Aid for Rural Communities on June 28 & June 29, 2023 from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm.  This will take place at the VU Ag Center and the cost is $130 per person.  The cost includes manual, workbook and lunch for both days.  

• After the course you will be able to:
• Recognize common signs and symptoms of mental health challenges
• Understand how to interact with a person in crisis
• Know how to connect a person with help
• Use self-care tools and techniques
