The Eat, Drink, and Be Dairy Spark Club met again August 2nd and learned how to identify cheeses by looks, smell, and taste. We tried twenty different cheeses! We also have our junior teams and senior team who will be competing at the Area 2 Dairy Foods Judging Career Development Event on August 30th.
