Hello! I’m Jessica Riffle the new Health and Human Sciences Educator for Fulton County.
I grew up in Rochester, attended Rochester High School and moved back to the area after attending
Purdue University in West Lafayette. I earned a degree in Dietetics and Nutrition, Fitness, &
Health while at Purdue. After becoming a Registered Dietitian, I started working at Logansport
Community Hospital in a clinical position and then transitioned to Kosciusko Community Hospital as
an outpatient nutrition educator.
My passion for food and nutrition does not stop at the end of the work day. I enjoy cooking,
baking, gardening, and preserving those fresh veggies from the garden. I also enjoy being outside,
hiking, biking, and playing on the lake. My husband works on the family farm and we welcomed our
first son about 7 months ago. He’s so much fun and seems to learn something new every day!
I am very excited to be back in my home community and begin working, empowering individuals and
families to improve their health and wellness! I look forward to teaching and sharing educational
programs to my fellow Fulton County res dents. Please come see me- stop by the extension office or
