Franklin County 4-H Rulebook Supplement

Although 2021 was scheduled to be a full revision of the Franklin County 4-H Fair Rulebook, circumstances have dictated that an additional supplement will be more timely and appropriate. Please use the 2019 Franklin County 4-H Rulebook as a starting point. From there, use the 2020 Franklin County Rulebook supplement for last year's changes. Finally, use the new 2021 Franklin County 4-H Rulebook supplement for this year's updates, changes, schedules, etc. We apologize for any confusion this may cause.
