How to Enroll in 4-H

Enter online (see below) between October 1 - January 15. Enrollment is encouraged by January 15, so you don't miss out on any fun!. There is a $15 state fee to join 4-H.

Our clubs begin meeting in January and usually run until our 4-H Fair. The 4-H Fair is a celebration of our year where youth have the opportunity to show their talents and what they have learned over the year.

4-H Clubs

We have a wide selection of clubs available. Some are project specific-for example our 4-H Dog Club. We also have our "general" clubs which help youth on a variety of topics related to 4-H. A club list can be found at the bottom of this page.

4-H Projects

We offer a wide range of projects in Delaware County. Contact the Purdue Extension Delaware County Office at 765-747-7732 for a list.

Youth Grades K-2

Mini 4-H is available for youth in Grades K-2 at no charge. Contact the Purdue Extension Delaware County Office at 765-747-7732 for a list of available Mini projects.

The Extension Office is located at 100 W. Main Street, Room 202, County Building, Muncie, IN 47305. The hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m.

Enroll online

Go to http://v2.4honline.com/ and simply follow the link to enroll online. You may pay the enrollment fee (online if before or on January 15th), or come into the Extension Office. After January 15th you will need to come to our office to pay or you can mail your payment to the address above.

Enrollment fees

Each 4-H member (Mini 4-H is FREE) will be asked to pay a $15 state program fee. If a family has more than three (3) 4-H members, the state program fee will be limited to $45 per family. Enrollment in 4-H will not be considered complete until the enrollment fees are paid. If financial assistance is needed, please contact the Extension Office. There is no program fee for those enrolling in Mini 4-H (K-2 grade).
