November has been filled with my conferences, annual meetings, programming in the schools and at many community agencies. November has also been a time to give thanks and count my blessings. I have much to be thankful for such as the participants of the NEAFCS organization (educators throughout the United States), of our Purdue Extension programs, of students who participate in Captain Cash, and of participants in community agency programs.
November is a time to celebrate Native American Heritage, cranberries, and National Diabetes Awareness Month. May the recipes that are included enable you to enjoy the tastes of some seasonal fruits and vegetables. Have a blessed Thanksgiving! I look forward to seeing you soon!
