4-H Club Officers play an important role in the Monroe County 4-H Clubs.
The Indiana 4-H Youth Development Program annually awards scholarships to 4-H members to recognize youth participating in Indiana's 4-H Youth Development Program on their achievements and life skill development resulting from their participation in a variety of 4-H experiences.

Junior Leaders is open to any 4-H member in grades 7-12 and provides the opportunity to assist Adult 4-H Volunteers in their 4-H Clubs and related activities. Junior Leaders serve as mentors and role models to the younger 4-H members by sharing their experiences with them.
