Purdue will be hosting a 4-H Livestock Volunteer Conference in three locations during November, December and January. This conference is targeted to existing 4-H Volunteers that are involved with 4-H livestock and would like to learn about designing educational opportunities for 4-H members that are age-appropriate, hands-on and fun.
Childhood Obesity Rates continue to climb. Indiana is the 22nd most obese state with a 31.5% obesity rate for children. All child care providers are welcome to join us for a day of fun, interactive, and educational sessions on how to improve the quality of life for the children you serve.

The Monroe County Fair features a large variety of 4-H events and shows as well as numerous open events for all ages. Animals, livestock sale, foods, clothing, crafts, tractors, horticulture, entertainment, Queen contest, Baby contest, and the Talent show are just a few of the annual Monroe County Fair highlights. Gather the family together, get Mom out of the kitchen, and head for the 2015 Monroe County Fair for a great family outing.
