The Arts and Crafts 4-H project allows youth to learn life skills and grow in project knowledge while expressing creativity in a variety of media. This project allows youth to develop life skills in organizing and planning a design with artificial flowers.

No manual for this project; however, you need to fill out a Lake County record sheet (attached below)

General Exhibit Requirements
Arts & Crafts Record Sheet Required (No Manual)
- Construct an article of choice using artificial flowers. Dried materials such as baby's breath, statice, background filler, moss, and raffia may also be used. No fresh flowers are to be used in this exhibit.
- Floral arrangements can be displayed as a centerpiece on a table top, corsages, hairpieces, or handheld bouquets. Any hanging piece must be ready to hang, such as swags, brooms, hats, wall hangings, sprays, etc. (no wreaths).
- Projects are expected to increase in difficulty each year.
- Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion may be selected for State Fair entry (Crafts)
