2020 Indiana Soybean Alliance and Indiana Corn Marketing Council Phenotyping Endowment Grants

The Indiana Soybean Alliance and the Indiana Corn Marketing Council have each established endowments designed to support path-breaking research for new innovations in automated phenotyping and application of these technologies for improvement of soybeans and corn. These include new technologies/sensors for field scale measurements of plants, data algorithms, or other new innovations that enable rapid detection of commercially important traits in corn and soybean plants, disease monitoring, insect infestation, etc.

Here are links to the RFPcorn2020 and the RFPsoybean2020 soliciting applications for grant support up to $50,000, including 15% IDC, for innovative soybean and corn research. Annually, there will be one soybean and one corn grant awarded. Details may be found in the attached RFPs.
