YQCA (Youth for the Quality Care of Animals) certification is an Indiana 4-H completion requirement for 4-H livestock participants beginning this program year. Youth in beef, dairy, goat, sheep, poultry, rabbit and swine projects are to complete YQCA certification. To register your 4-H youth member in an instructor led training, please follow the instructions in the video.  The Harrison County 4-H Council has purchased $3 coupon codes for all 4-H livestock members to participate in instructor led training. Coupons are available now in the Harrison County Extension Office.  Youth may also choose to complete the online training at a personal cost of $12. If you have questions regarding YQCA certification, please contact the Harrison County Extension Office. 812-738-4236
