Venison Processing Workshop

Come join us for an entertaining and fun event. Watch and listen as Purdue Extension Educators butcher and prepare the deer for participants to taste. This program has something for everyone...young, old, experienced or novice.

Topics Include:

  • Quick & Easy Venison Recipes—watch as we prepare delicious venison recipes right in front of you! You’ll get to sample everything we prepare!
  • Food Safety & Deer Health
