International Night - Trinidad and Tobago: An Extension Experience

Extension Educator, Molly Hoag, traveled to Trinidad and Tobago with the Farmer-to-Farmer program to instruct farmers on safe food handling, including preserving food and making flour from root vegetables like cassava and sweet potatoes.
