Mastering Home Food Preservation

Mastering Home Food Preservation provides in-depth lectures, interactive discussions, hands-on practice, take home products and valuable resources. Topics covered include: food safety, freezing, boiling water canning, pressure canning, jams & jellies, pickling and dehydration of food. USDA home food preservation recommended procedures are taught. Instructors will provide instructional course work and preservation labs. A Mastering Home Food Preservation notebook is included in the registration fee.
