Preserve it Now... Enjoy it Later, Jams and Jellies Workshop

May 14 – Preserve it Now… Enjoy it Later – Jams and Jellies Workshop – at Spencer United Methodist Church from noon to 4:00 p.m. This workshop will focus on the boiling water bath technique and the science of making jams and jellies. Registration fee includes: • Interactive lecture and hands-on food preservation lab • Food preservation resources and handouts • Taking home product sample of the item canned during the workshop.
