ServSafe Manager Training & Exam - Knox County

ServSafe Manager Certification satisfies Indiana requirements to become a Certified Food Protection manager.

This event includes training and proctored exam. Participants have the option to purchase a manual, and are strongly encouraged to do so. This is a face-paced class and those who review the manual prior to class have an increased success rate. The class will begin promptly at 8:30 and will conclude at approximately 3PM. The exam will begin immediately after and examinees have up to two hours to complete the exam. Anyone choosing the exam only option should arrive at 3PM.
