Harrison County 4-H YQCA Training

To exhibit livestock (beef cattle, diary cattle, swine, sheep, meat goats, diary goats, poultry, including eggs, and/or rabbits), 4-H members must be certified through the Youth for the Quality Care of Animals (YQCA) program. This is an ANNUAL program that can be completed via online modules or in-person trainings. More information about YQCA is available at
In person certification costs $3.00, however the Harrison County 4-H Council sponsors these certifications through coupons that may be picked up at the Extension Office. One coupon per 4-H member who is showing livestock or eggs.
To sign up, go to and use your 4-H Online credentials to log in, and choose your training level. Enter your coupon code to avoid paying the $3 in person certification fee.
