4-H Sewing Service
Join the Allen County Extension Homemakers as we work together to support our community! Youth will help create reading pillows that will be used at Johnnie Mae Farm. Everyone will also get to create and sew their own pillowcase to take home.
- Day 1 – sewing service project: collaboratively creating reading pillows for new reading space at JMF
- Day 2 – individual project: everyone will get to create and take home a pillow case
No sewing experience needed! This hands-on service project is a great way to learn new skills, meet new people, and make something that brings comfort to others.
