SOIL HEALTH MANAGEMENT IN CORN, SOYBEANS, & PASTURE FIELDS - Determining safe and economic liming rates using soil test results
Clark County Extension will be offering a zoom webinar on soil health to benefit crop farmers and ranchers and to enable them get their commercial pesticide applicators CCH credits, or private Pesticide Applicators Recertification Program (PARP) credits from the comfort of their homes or offices.
WHAT is it: An online training session on soil health – How to determine safe and economic liming rates for crops and pastures using soil test results.
What else will be offered: Commercial applicators get CCH credits in categories 1, 14 and RT, and private pesticides applicators get PARP credits to enable them to keep their license active.

How to participate: From home or office with your computer or phone. We will need an email address to send the meeting link to you. Call the Extension Office for help if you do not have an email address
Participants: There is no charge for CCH credit, but for PARP credit please mail your check of $10 to the Clark County Extension Office at 9608 Hwy 62, Suite 1, Charlestown, IN 47111. Checks should be written to “Purdue Extension, Clark County”. Everyone must attach a sheet containing the following information: 1. Your name as it appears on your license card, 2. Your Pesticide Applicator license number, (If you can’t find your card and do not remember your number, include the last 4 digits of your SSN), and 3. Your email address. Note, your check and information should be received by January 22nd.
