ServSafe Food Handler Certification Class

The ServSafe examination meets the Indiana Department of Health's requirements for Food Handler Certification.  ServeSafe is a nationally accredited food safety certification program, and in Kosciusko County, food service employees will also have the opportunity to participate in the one day-training program in order to prepare them for the examination.  The training class blends the latest in FDA food code, food safety research, and years of food sanitation training experience.

ServeSafe Food Manager Classes and examinations will be held from 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. on:
