Steuben County 4-H DAIRY beef:  STARTED CALF Project

The cattle projects provide outh with a fun and hands on learning experience which develops skills in nutrition, health care, and animal husbandry.  Responsibility, goal setting, record keeping, problem solving, personal safety, disease prevention, and decision making are just a few of the many life skills gained in 4-H animal projects.
