4-H Members in Clay County have the opportunity to participate in the 4-H Club of their choice. These clubs meet throughout the county.
A poster label needs to be placed in the lower right hand corner of all posters and entomology box.
Speciality 4-H Clubs focus on a specific project area. Clay County Speciality Clubs include ATV, Poultry, Sharp Shooters (Archery), Clay County Plowers (Tractor), Dog, Horse & Pony, Swine, Top Shots Shooting Sports (Rifle & Shotgun), Goat, Junior Leaders, Rabbit, and Beef.
Who: Students currently in high school; are not required to be enrolled in 4 - H
What: Learn about science and careers. Interact with Purdue University faculty & industry professionals; meet new friends from across Indiana.

The Extension Homemakers Clubs are sponsoring an Adult & Youth Open Class in Home Economics at the county 4-H Fair. This event is open to any adult or youth (including 4-H members & others) who is a present resident of Clay County or who is a member of a Clay County Extension Homemakers or 4-H Club, if residing out of the county. The committee is urging all interested people to enter.
The showing of livestock, and 4-H as a whole, is intended to be a learning experience for members. It is incumbent upon a member participating in a livestock project to provide primary care and grooming of their animals throughout the project's entirety. It is recognized a member will need assistance on occasion by livestock superintendents, adult leaders, other members, family members and adults.
