To teach healthy living and science skills, Purdue Extension Warrick County partnered with Castle North Middle School.  The result was the formation of a new after school 4-H club: 4-H Spark Club.  Youth in the 4-H club participated in 6 hours of hand-on education monthly from February through May.  At the conclusion of the 2016 school year, all members of the Spark club indicated that as a result of this 4-H program:

1) They have the confidence to speak in front of groups

2) Are able to deal with stress in positive ways

3) Can explain their decisions to others
