Event Registration Form
Early registration (postmarked before 1/20/2018) is $60 for the first person in a company, and $30 per employee thereafter. Registrations postmarked after 1/20/16, or walk-ins paying at the door, will be charged $75 for the first person and $35 per employee.
A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to all participants who attend the 2018 Professional Landscape Management School. Certificates will be mailed to all late or on-site registrants.
Deadline for pre-registration (for pre-printed name tags and certificates) is January 20, 2018. Walk-ins’ and late registrants’ certificates will be mailed after the program.
Continuing Certification Hours (CCHs) have been requested for Indiana Pesticide Applicators for categories 2 (Forestry), 3a (Ornamentals), 3b (Turf), 5 (Aquatic), 6 (Rightof-Way), and RT (Registered Technician).
Continuing Education Units (CEUs) have been requested for Kentucky Pesticide Applicators.
Continuing Education Units (CEUs) have also been requested for International Soc. of Arboriculture Certified Arborists.
Total hours awarded will be announced at the beginning of the Landscape School; paperwork to request CCHs and CEUs will be available at the end of each day.
In the event of inclement weather, the Professional Landscape Management School may be canceled. Cancellations, should they occur, will be listed on Evansville radio and television stations. Should the Professional Landscape Management School be canceled due to bad weather, you will receive a full refund.
