The Purdue Center for Commercial Agriculture will be hosting a free Ag Outlook webinar from 12:30-1:30 p.m. on May 15.
COVID-19 continues to disrupt U.S. food distribution and marketing as crop and livestock producers face severe financial pressure under weak commodity prices. Purdue agricultural economists Michael Langemeier and James Mintert will provide an updated ag outlook including information from USDA's latest World Ag Supply & Demand Estimates (WASDE) report along with updated profitability estimates for corn and soybeans as a result of the COVID-19 global pandemic.
The webinar is free, but attendees must register at the Center's website. Once registered, attendees will receive a confirmation email with a link to view the webinar live at the scheduled time. For those who cannot join the live webinar, registration is still encouraged to receive a follow-up email to guide them to the website to view the webinar recording and download the slides used during the webinar.
If you have any questions or registration issues, please contact the Center at 765-494-7004 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
