The ServSafe® program is developed by the National Restaurant Association with the help of foodservice industry experts who face the same risks you do every day. The ServSafe Food Protection Manager course provides food safety training, exams and educational materials to foodservice managers.
Time: Registration begins at 8 AM. Course starts promptly at 8:30 AM. Exam is administered 3:30-5:30 PM *Lunch is not included. A small break is provided 12:30– 1 PM. Sack lunch is recommended.
Cost: $165.00 if registered by 2-1-19. Cost includes course, manual, and exam fees.
