Who could have imagined how much the world would change since the last newsletter! Change is hard for everyone, and when it does happens, we like for it to occur slowly and in ways that we can control. It's no wonder that we have spent weeks in shock. Perry County Junior Leaders is open to all Perry County 4-H Members in grades 7-12. Its purpose is to help build leadership and job readiness skills in 4-H youth, to help facilitate county 4-H activities, and to provide additional community service opportunities to its members.
