Purdue Extension: Expert Resources for COVID-19

Do Your Own Thing

January 8, 2020

Completed record sheets are due into the Extension Office on or before June 29, 2020 4:00 PM. No records, or late/incomplete record sheets will result in an exhibit being considered for EXHIBITION ONLY—NO PLACING. Lego projects, or other valuable projects, will go home after judging. A photo will be taken for display purposes.

(No State Fair Exhibit)

BEGINNER: Grades 3, 4 & 5
INTERMEDIATE: Grades 6, 7 & 8
ADVANCED: Grades 9, 10, 11 & 12

This category is for any project that does not fit other 4-H project rules/requirements. The project superintendent will determine if the project fits any other area, and if so, it will be placed in that project area and judged as such.

Exhibit may be a poster, notebook, articles or any other method of exhibit you think attractive and secure. The project/display should be no larger than 36"x 36", unless space allows larger projects. For those projects larger than the recommended size, a notebook or poster with pictures would be acceptable.

Suggested project areas include: Hobbies, Family Vacations, Photo Album, Theater, Mime, Train Set, In-Depth Study, Science, Video, Tractor/Auto Restoration, etc.
