ServSafe Class Information

ServSafe is a food and beverage safety training and certificate program administered by the National Restaurant Association.  The program is accredited by ANSI and the Conference for Food Protection.  Classes are from 8:30 a.m. to approximately 3:00 p.m. at the City Building located on Pike Street.  There is a $100 fee and this includes the class, the book and the test.  We encourage that you get the book before the class to study and prepare before attending.  If you would like to register for a ServSafe class please contact Monica Nagele or Cheyanne Maddox at the Extension office, 765.364.6363.
