Indiana Extension Homemakers Association, founded in 1913, continues to build on its rich heritage by working to strengthen Indiana homes and families. Membership is open to all regardless of race, color, creed, religion, sex, age, handicap, or national origin.
It is the mission of the Indiana Extension Homemakers Association to strengthen families through continuing education, leadership development and volunteer community support.
Purdue Extension is now offering this research based curriculum to families across the state of Indiana. This program is available in two formats; online or in person. This program helps parents and caregivers develop plans for respectful, responsive, and responsible co-parenting. The program is designed for separating, divorcing, or non-married parents.
The Monroe County Adult Volunteer Update Newsletter is published monthly and is a great resource for 4-H Adult Leaders and Volunteers. It is packed with information and resources to educate and inform the adult volunteers.
