Matter of Balance begins Oct 4 in Bicknell

Matter of Balance is an 8-week fall prevention program for anyone who has fallen, is at risk for falling or who is afraid of falling. In this program participants will learn how to reduce risk for falls, reduce fear of falling, increase physical activity and gain strength to promote balance. Persons of all physical ability can benefit from this program.

When: Every Friday, October 4 through November 22 from 1:30-3:30PM

Where: 4-H Community Building, Knox County Fairgrounds, Bicknell

Cost: The class is free but class size is limited. You must RSVP to reserve your spot by September 27. To register please call Purdue Extension Knox County at 812-882-3509
