Clubs and Committees must fill out the COVID-19 Safety Plan Form in order resume in-person meetings/events. Form is located at the bottom of this page and must be turned in at least 3 weeks prior to first meeting. Understanding what a 4-H Club is and how it works can be challenging sometimes.
