ServSafe Manager Certification Class and Exam

This class and exam fulfills Indiana requirements to become a "certified food handler."
When: June 11, 2021
Class time: 8:30AM-4PM
Exam begins: at approximately 4PM (If taking the exam only please arrive by 3:45PM)
Where: Knox County Fairgrounds, 4-H Exhibit Hall, 11728 IN-67, Bicknell, IN 47512

Class instruction, training manual and proctored exam: $165
Class instruction and proctored exam (no manual): $115
Training manual and proctored exam (showing up only for the proctored exam): $115
Exam only (no training, no manual, showing up only for the proctored exam): $65
Participants should bring #2 pencils for the exam and two forms of ID (one must be a photo ID)
If choosing to pay by check, your payment must be received by June 4th in order to process your registration without a late fee and to guarantee receipt of the training manual prior to the class date.
