Here are the requirements for this project:

CREATIVE & EXPRESSIVE ARTS: MEMORY BOOK

Grades 3-6

        Complete a general record sheet.

        Exhibit - May be typed or handwritten

• Answers to the questions - 2 pages, fronts only
• Demographic page

        For exhibit purposes you may put in a light weight folder. Do not use page protectors.

Grades 7-12

        Complete a general record sheet.

        Exhibit

• Complete Demographic Page, Cover Letter, and Resume exhibit at the Fair.
• For exhibit purposes you may put in a light weight folder. Do not use page protectors.

        (Eligible for State competition. Update and turn in to the Extension Office by January 15.)
